The advantage of a temporary office

You have conceived a good idea for a business and consider to start this new activity. first of all you need a place where to be found by your clients and where to locate this new activity. To rent a new office is very often an expensive and complicated affair. You must find the place, buy the furniture, make the necessary contracts for electricity, gas, telephone and wifi. The contracts normally are binding for more years so the commitment and the uncertainty about  the varying monthly expenses (reparations, heating and refreshing costs, taxes etc) can be hard – especially if you are starting a new business. In this case a temporary office without the necessity to bind yourself for several years and with fixed expences for electricity, gas and wi-fi is an excellent solution.

You can rent a dedicated room containing all you need for a start up: a  writing desk with a side table, drawers and an ergonomic chair, two chairs for your visitors and a closet with keys. The office has air condition and heating when needed  and the wi-fi is guaranteed with a FTTC connection. There is also the possibility to print with a shared printer and to use the common relaxation area. At your disposal a microwave oven and a coffee machine – all included in the rental price. Also  included: a space in the parking area connected with our building and the use of the meeting room once a month.

You can also choose a bigger room with the possibility to ad a second writing desk with drawers and a chair for a secretary. 

There is also a possibility to rent a dedicated printer and a direct telephone. Moreover we can offer you secretarial service if needed.
